Evaluate: There are many possible causes. I will assume this is a woman asking. If there are inadequate vaginal secretions this can cause friction. Aggressive penile thrusting can cause pain. Position/pelvic: Certainly get a GYN/ pelvic examination. The cervix can be irritated by deep penetration of a large penis. I would suggest ample foreplay, lubrication, position changes and avoiding any sexual manipulation/penetration,which feels uncomfortable.
