LEMS: Lambert Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome is a neuromuscular disorder. I am unaware that malbsorption is specifically its cause. However, a malabsorption problem would aggravate it. Most vegies OK : Of the common vegies, artichokes, asparigas and sugar snap peas are the ones with enough fructose to be avoided.Most vegies are ok. As long as you avoid most fruits you should do ok.
