Probably not filler.: Juvederm, restylane, belotero ; others are all hyaluronic acid gels-which help fill the space between the cells of all animals and plants. You might be allergic to the cleanser or topical anesthetic used on skin before injections? Some folks get temporary swelling when tissue is distended no matter what. Try oral benadryl, (diphenhydramine) arnica ; Prednisone before and ice after. Try Radiesse except for lips. ...Read more

Yes and no? Maybe mo: Any muscle which loses its innervation (which occurs with botox) may suddenly begin to twitch or fasciculate. Generally this subsides over a few days. However any imbalance in muscle action can also cause this and Botox is indicated for the medical treatment of blepharospasm (eye twitching). Therefore more botolinummay be the answer.
