Insignificant amount: Advil (ibuprofen) has about 85% absorption and has half-life about 2-4 hours. So, assume it is 4 hours half life: 85% of 400mg (two advils) =340mg absorbed. In 4 hours, you have 170mg left, in 8 hours there is 85mg, and at 12 hours only 42.5mg left. 42.5mg total in an adult is not adequate to do much at all. Having fun learning.
