Same spot: There may be no known reason why the dyshidrosis also occurs on the same spot. That may be your domaninant hand and you may tend to do certain things with that finger. Washing your hands alot and not wearing gloves in the winter makes it worse. You should see a dermatologist for a cortisone cream. It is a treatment, but not a cure. Dry skin?: Have your hands been exposed to a lot of soap, detergent, irritant, and water lately? If so it may just be from getting too dry and too irritated. Try some topical Hydrocortisone cream, avoid irritants and too much water, and apply a barrier moisturizer after hand-washing and see if they help. If not, see dematologist. ...Read more
