Soya chunks: I can't think of a reason you should not eat soya chunks twice a week. I am more concerned that you are reporting that you have hyperthyroidism. Surely by now your doctor (preferably an Endocrinologist) has controlled your hyperthyroidism. Please let me know. ...Read more

In theory eating lots of broccoli may help with hyperthyroidsim as it will affect T4 (inactive) to T3 (liothyronine) (active hormone) conversion.
