One of the quickest: things you can do is change venues. Yes, leave your current place and visit somewhere else, preferably one that engages you (see works by Jampolsky). Exercise. Panic produces stress hormones that anticipate vigorous physical activity. Give your body what it wants and burn some of those up. Im am on remron 45 mg and xaxex 2mg is this a good combination for panic attacks i mean i see calm just wondering?

But both can be sedating, cause somnolence and lead to impaired cognition. My concern is that at 21 you're taking 2 mg of xanax (alprazolam) and your profile also indicates klonipin.
