I've tongue twitches every days since 1.5 month. Normal neuro exam and clean EMG 1 month after the onset. I'm a 28 y-o man. Could it be bulbar ALS ?
My grandmother was diagnosed with bulbar ALS in August 2015. She's the only one in our family to have it. Should my mom & I get tested ?
