Hello, i would like to know what are good brain foods? Aslo what is good for energy that's affordable?
Healthful eating and: There are no special brain foods that i can recommend. To be healthy, you have to eat healthy foods and exercise(yes exercise also helps brain to stay healthy and functional). Avoid too much animal fats/meats...It is bad for all body systems. Eat plant based foods, primarily. Whole grains!: We live in a world of processed and fast food. Natural is usually best. Brown rice and whole grains and much healthier and help maintain a normal blood sugar level which feeds the brain. Fresh fruits and vegetables are full of antioxidants which help scavenge free radicals from the body which can be damaging. And of course water to remove wastes. Foods plus more: Foods rich in vitamin D, B12, DHA, and Tumeric. Exercise and adequate sleep have also been shown to improve memory. Needless to say cognitive stimulation is of utmost importance.
