Bile is a digrestive detergent that emulsifies fats; is made in liver, stored in gallbladder, travels down ducts, put into small bowel in duodenum, just past the stomach-in the duodenum.
It should head south, i.e. Down intestine. Can reflux up into stomach; uncommonly can also reflux up into lower esophagus; even less common into throat.

See specialist: 7% ejection fraction quite low and if associated with appropriate symptoms indicate gall bladder disease. Vomiting can be associated. However greenish vomit contains bile. Duodenogastric reflux is reflux of bile from duodenum into stomach representing duodenal dysmotility which can be associated with sphincter of oddi dyskinesia. Possibly: These could be symptoms of congestive heart failure. The triad of difficulty breathing when laying flat, shortness of breath to exertion, and lower extremity swelling are all classic signs. Yes: This is a classic symptom of reflux and LES incompetence. If you are not taking acid blockers already (proton pump inhibitors) you should be doing that.
