Very low to zero: Much as I hate to say this if your husband has 0% sperm motility and a count of 17/ml he is basically sterile. Lower limit of normal for motility is 40% and lower limit of normal for concentration is 15 million/ ml. Specialist should be able to give you a good estimate of the likelihood for success. Not Positive: So kits should never be positive for 4 days like that. usually they are positive for 1-2 days. usually that means your natural LH hormones levels are high and it is interfering with the test. likely OPKs will not work for you. you will probably need bloodwork and ultrasound to show you when ovulation is going to occur ...Read more
