Eat healthy & be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed. Exercise: Continue to do aerobic exercise, and realize it takes time. You didnt get those love handles in a day or a week or a month. Eat fewer calories than you need in a day to help your body lose the fat in that area. Slow loss of one pound a week would be best advised.
