What Is An Average Speed For Running On A Treadmill For A Beginner
Not for sprinting: It would certainly increase your endurance. But I would not recommend sprinting on a treadmill. It's too easy to misstep and fall hard. In cold weather, sprinting in a gymnasium would be preferable. A coach or fitness trainer may be able to show you some mechanical aspects of sprinting that could help you with speed. ...Read more

If it's higher than that, but not higher than 180, then great. If it's lower than that, you may need to up your pace a bit. I want a flat butt and slimmer thighs. Can it be possible only with flat treadmill running? I don't want to do squats and lunges.
My guess is you will: Need to do something more than "flat treadmill running" but can probably meet your goals without squats and lunges. Jumping rope or stair climbing would probably be good. Various websites I consulted showed workouts that included other exercises beside squats and lunges (what's wrong with those??). I would consult a recommended personal trainer. Good wishes:) ...Read more

30min running on treadmill & 1hr full body, medium-high intensity workout at the gym 4x a week. On average how long until I start to look more toned?
Depends: Being "tone" is dependent on multiple factors including your body fat percentage/lean muscle mass percentage as well as genetics. Some individuals are genetically inclined to have those "6-pack" abs, while others can strengthen their abs forever and be thin, but never get that 6-pack appearance. I would think though within one month that you would notice a change in your physical appearance. ...Read more

Because you went farther slow walking you would have burned more calories and therefore, lost more weight from the longer walk. ...Read more
A treadmill workout of no inclination, 6kmh speed for 1hour 4 times a week is enough as a start for a 19 years old female 1.64m tall with weight 77 km?
Good start: Walking an hour a day on a treadmill is a good way to start exercising but will probably get boring very quickly. Instead, once you're comfortable walking, consider shortening your treadmill time to just 30min while alternating fast sprints w/slow recovery speeds. Use remaining 30min to work on muscle strength, flexibility & balance. High intensity interval training is key buzzword now. Good luck! ...Read more
How many calories am I burning on the treadmill? Speed is 4.5, distance is 2 miles, incline is 3.5. I'm 26 and 5' 2", 116 lbs
Treadmill: The best way to know how much you are burning is to turn on the calorie burning mode on the treadmill. Unfortunately, your heart rate is a variable and at any given moment you lose an x amount of calories but it's dependent on your heart rate, so it's impossible to tell how much you will lose without having the calorie burning mode on which is part of most newer treadmills. ...Read more
