Did a 50 min plyometrics workout. Average heart rate 121and max was 156.After half an hour after finishing am feeling light headed and feeling dread.
Depends: Slow heart rate resting is not harmful and may indicate an athletic (healthy) physiology. Hr should increase, at least relatively, with exercise - failure to increase is a sign of conduction system disease (chronotropic incompetence).
