Unfortunately anxiety in the psychiatric literature is often thrown around indiscriminately and is not further clarified as to the type of anxiety that is being referenced. Anxiety IS a symptom: There may be connections between all or some of these complaints. Also, being deprived of adequate sleep (or any other need for a healthy body) matters.
