Well rounded is best: A high sugar diet,is really not the best choice,for anyone. While some sugar in your,diet is ok, this should be in the context of a well rounded and nutritionally balanced diet. Work with a nutritionist to figure out how to best do this. ...Read more

You will gain weight, as you age, do not get too worked up if your BMI goes up to 20 or so. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
