If it says " wet prep " on gyno summary of procedures done does that mean they tested for trich? Or looked for trich ?
Possible to see trich with wet prep or wet mount..can anything cause trich not to show when there's indeed an infection?

BV? STD? Herpes?: You give mixed symptoms suggesting different problems. Discharge with "foul" odor suggests trichomonas (an STD) or bacterial vaginosis.
