A few thought.: This is not an easy answer and something youneed to ask your physician. One thought is TMJ also know as temporal mandibular joint syndrome = in your jaw joint. The complaints you have coudl fit this. We can see this with neck/shoulder muscle syndromes. Ask your physician to evaluate you for these problems.
