Frequent BMs: I would do stool tests to rule out common cause like bacterial diarrhea, parasites. If negative, see a GI doctor. How long have you had these symptoms? Can be IBS sometimes. Lactose intolerance and IBS are two most common cause of watery chronic diarrhea in young adults. ...Read more

May be: Prostaglandins are released with the breakdown of the uterine lining and can cause cramping, fever, headaches, nausea and vomiting, and diarrhea and this may be the cause of what you are experiencing.
