Im working in a hot body shop is it normal for breathing rate to increase in the heat it im taking aboit 21-23 breaths a min im scared?
What's normal?: No, unless you are a dog who is cooled by panting - it is not. You need to try intentional breath patterns to gain some control over it. Breath in thru nose a full amount slowly. I had a d&c suction surgery on friday march 2nd. I am having severe pain and golf size blood clots. Is this normal? I would rate my pain an 8 on the pain scale. I have been taking ibuprofen and using a heating pad.
