My husbands sperm count is 170 mil motility is 33% nurse said normal but everything I've read says motility low? Why would they say normal?

Increase good fats: increase intake of omega 3 fish oil (2-3 grams of combined DHA and EPA) per day in addition to good fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil). go organic with lotions and avoid synthetic sun screens. Depends how low ...: In general intrauterine insemination (iui) may help with mild to moderate sperm problems but ivf with icsi (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) is better for severe sperm problems. If semen analysis shows total motile counts (tmc) of less than 10 million on more than one sa, or IUI preparations have less than 2 million 'postwash' tmc (after the sperm is prepared) on a regular basis, icsi is needed. ...Read more
