6yr old threw up 5 times at night duringday has fever of 37 4 c to 37 1 with occasional stomachache low apetite but no more vomiting 2 is it a virus?

Probably a virus: Assuming the child has been healthy in the past and not on antibiotics for a long time, this is likely to be a virus. If it is not better after 3-5 days overall, call the child's doctor for more specific advice. ...Read more

Seems stable: There are stomach viruses, or enteroviruses, going around that can cause vomiting, diarrhea and fever. Low grade fevers, tired weak shortness of breath on exertion over 1 week. Pcp says virus other thoughts ?

However, shortness of breath on exertion could be a problem if it was more than mild, which could be part of the fatigue and weakness that viral infection causes. If more than just mild, further evaluation needed. ...Read more
