It depends on age: Subtract your current age in years (36) from 220. First multiply the number you get by 0.6. This is your minimum target exercising heart rate. Now multiply the first number you got by 0.8. This is your maximum target heart rate. Stay inside that range when you exercise. 220-36=184; 184x0.6= 110; 84x0.8=147.
