T1 diabetic with good sugar control. What is the max amount of water you should drink per day ? Been drinking about a gallon per day to stay healthy.

Cordial milk?: Not sure what cordial is. In general, milk is usually a healthy food, although it does contain a lot of fat and calories. It is not a necessary food though, and people who are lactose intolerant or who can otherwise not tolerate milk can do without it completely in their diet with no negative health consequences.
