Water intake: Hi. There is a lot of opinion stated as fact regarding water intake. Most of everything you drink is water (juice, milk, beer, soda, whatever; exception-distilled liquor). As a type 1, you should avoid sweet drinks unless you're treating a low. Drink enough to not be dehydrated! Varies with ambient temp, humidity, and activity level.
