I have 2 bumps on labia minora. Not white/red, not pusy, somewhat painful, comes normally before period. Are they cysts? How can I stop them?

I think that I have a Bartholin Cyst. I noticed it earlier today as a HARD lump near my labia minora area. I thought I just had a yeast infection.
