Ur body does change: & U get older so it is hard but not impossible. U need proper diet, & as soon as Ur Surgeon gives U the go sign. Then a well balanced exercise program, both cardio & weight training, & concentrate on abs. Ease into it, C an AT-C @ a health club, 1 on 1 to set up a program 2 fit Ur abilities & needs.
