Yes: Few causes of hepatitis: alcohol, fatty liver (obesity), viral & autoimmune. Check hepatitis B profile (HbsAg & HbsAb) if negative can have vaccine. Check anti-smooth muscle antibody & anti liver/kidney microsomal anti-body for diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis. (ANA alone is not enough & your level is low). See a liver doc: I am not sure what you mean but assuming you are positive for hepatitis B surface antigen which means you have active hepatitis B. If this is the case, see a liver specialist (hepatologist) so other lab tests can be checked to determine if you need to be on medicines to control your hepatitis B.
