My husband says my heart rate is too high, since it rests at about 90-100. Is it normal, if not how can I fix it? I'm not an excerciser type person, I don't have the stamina for it.

Yes: Responsiveness to physiologic need is a sign of health. Going up quickly is normal assuming you're not going from 80 to 240! but if you go from 80 to 120 (the exact numbers depend on age) and then come back down quickly with rest, you're very healthy!
