Missed two periods. Tests are negative. Gyno said wait to see if I miss a third, then will give me a pill to start my period.? could I still be pregnant

Very unlikely: Pregnancy tests are accurate and reliable, and although no test is 100%, pregnancy tests are close. If you have more than one negative pregnancy test then it is very unlikely you are pregnant. I agree with your Gyno's plan. You should of course have one more pregnancy test prior to taking the pill (s) to start your period. ...Read more

So implanttaion bleeding is a possibility. You should have started your period by now or be expecting it soon. If it does not come take a pregnancy test.
