Likely endometrioma: At your age, ovarian cancer would be exceedingly rare. Ca-125 levels can be elevated in young women for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with cancer. Nasopharyngeal cancer and ovarian have no relation to each other. Your doctor should tell you what features or characteristics the ovarian cyst has, this will tell you what kind of cyst it is. U/S says 5.6cm ovarian cyst resolved, but it still hurts all the time. What could be going on? I'm still having all the same symptoms.
