Three possibilities: 1) either your pituitary is defective and unable to make TSH or not being asked to by your brain due to a problem w/the thyroid thermostat --- or, 2) your thyroid is making too much thyroid hormone and there's a natural suppression of TSH secretion. See a doctor: A 'very very low' level of TSH indicates a significantly over-active thyroid gland (assuming you are not taking thyroid replacement.) this is a significant health risk, you need to see an endocriniologist or good internal med doctor. Low TSH: Generally indicates an excess in thyroid hormone. That may be chronic w/hyperthyroidism -- or temporary w/thyroid inflammation. See you doctor. If you're already on thyroid replacement, the dose is too high. If you're on t3, (liothyronine) get off of it as it can be dangerous and doesn't work well as chronic replacement.
