YES IT MAY BE OK BUT: Yes it may be ok as long as you had one alcohol drink but you have to be aware that mixing alcohol and advil (ibuprofen) does increase your risk of stomach bleeding due to ibuprophen(advil (ibuprofen)) so if you have black tarry stools or vomit blood go to er/call your doctor asap. ...Read more

However, there are risks related to irritation of the lining of the stomach and the risks increase if you drink more than recommended and take more than the recommended amounts of ibuprofen. Not wise: Lexapro (escitalopram) and alcohol are not a good mix and it's also risky w/ Advil - You can expect to be dizzy, drowsy, generally feel bad, weak and confused.
