Don't gain weight: Liposuction with any modality is to help improve discrete areas of problematic fat that do not respond to diet and exercise. Liposuction is not a substitute for diet and exercise. You would have to gain significant weight after any lipo for the weight gain to appear abnormal or unnatural.
