Are e cigarettes safe? If not, are they better than regular cigarettes and how? I want to quit smoking, my body doesn't need it but my mind wants it.

We Don't Know: No extensive studies have been done to test the safety or e-cigs vs regular cigs. It does seem to make sense to me that since they are a purer form of nicotine and do not have the additives they might be a safer alternative to use to stop smoking - like nicotine patches or gum. Also, some of the additives to tobacco can cause other types of cancer. That does not mean they are safe, just not as bad. ...Read more

What to do if I have recently quit smoking. What are the fruits you should be eating to help cleanse your heart/body?

That's a start: While diet is important to look at when promoting healing i would also consider other proven effective treatments for recovering from tobacco dependence. Also i would include fruits like papaya and cantalope that support "earth energy". ...Read more

Have to pass a nicotine drug test for work just quit smoking 3 days ago what can I use to cleanse my body of the nicotine from showing up?

No: There is no evidence that "flushing" the body with excessive amounts of water will remove more of any drug, but it will sometimes make the urine so dilute that a drug they are testing for (cotinine) may fall below the detection limit and come up "negative." substances like milk thistle and other herbals are touted to help, but are unproven. Falsifying and adulterating specimens does you no favors. ...Read more
