Not a problem: Eyelashes fall into the eye during the normal renewal cycle daily and frequently. The eye is well equipped to handle these. The moisture softens up the lash and normal tear flow and blinking eliminate the lash. It will be removed from under the upper lid by the same process. Pressure EYE: Kelly543, It may well be just that, pressure in the eye called glaucoma. Very unusual at your age group but VERY easily tested by tonometry, so see an EYE SPECIALIST.
