Biopsy.: If you have been to four different dermatologists, go to one more and request a biopsy to prove scar. You can get scars from acne that occurred several years prior. If that is the case, there are laser treatments for scarring. If it is spreading, that begs the question why--scars do not act in this way. Get a biopsy to get a definitive answer as to what is on your nose. ...Read more

Keloid: After surgery a keloid can re-occur. I suggest an evaluation to see if kenalog injections are needed to decrease the possibility of it starting all over again. Also you need to make sure that there is nothing else going on like an infection. Hope this helps. ...Read more
