Itch!: The best medicine for fiberglass "splinters" is protection. Tightly woven clothing, in layers, with wrists and ankle openings protected or taped to gloves and boots. If exposed, small pieces of fiberglass form tiny splinters that itch and hurt when brushed. Showering to rinse away as much as possible helps, but usually, time allows the skin to push the splinters out in a few days. ...Read more
Depends: If you got glass chips in your eye from a shattered glasss, there would probably be no long term harm. The glass to be harmful would have to penetrate into the interior of the eye damaging structures irreparably. Of course, you could just get hit bluntly with a heavy glass object the force of which could also damage the vision. ...Read more
Night vision glasses: Many vision problems are worse at night, especially for driving. Correcting for any eyeglass prescription (ie refractive error) is the first step. Ad eye floaters for years but on and of I get pressure in them and hurt to touch could this be eye tumours blurred vision up close reading glass it'ok?
Different symptoms : Floaters don't have "pressure-like" feelings. It sounds like you're experiencing pain when pushing on your eyes. Well don't do it then. Blurred vision could be a need for new glasses. You're old enough for reading glasses, which are fine. Because your symptoms are varied, an exam would be very helpful to sort them out. An eye tumor would be a very unlikely concern, but again an exam will help. ...Read more

I was cutting carbon fiber, & I scratched my bottom eyelid and the next day my lower lid swollen. Since last thursday. Please help, swell when sleep?
Pressure atrophy: One theory is that pressure too high for the back of the eye to withstand causes constriction of the blood flow with atrophy of the tissue (nerve fiber) supplied by that blood stream. They then atrophy and this is the basis for the thinning. Lowering the pressure below that threshold for damage prevents further blood vessel constriction and allows the remaining nerve fibers to stay healthy. ...Read more

No hazard unless...: Most vitamins are non-toxic at any level. It is possible to get toxic from too much A, D, E, B6, Iron & Zinc, but one has to take massive doses, much higher than would be present in the vitamins you are taking.
