Newer treatments significantly decrease the risk of these annoying symptoms. No: That was the problem years ago with the original lasers. I have done 150, 000 refractive cases and rarely do I hear of it. If there is residual glare, there usually is an error that has not been corrected. Occasionally there is a star burst at night, caused by a slightly irregular cornea it can be corrected with the newly approved topography driven lasers, that smoothe the cornea. ...Read more

Complete Eye Exam: You will need a complete eye exam to determine what is happening. If your vision is only blurry at night, it could be as simple as just dry eyes. Dry eyes tend to be worse later in the day, and can lead to blurred vision. It is also possible that your overall prescription is changing, but your daytime vision would also be bad. Perhaps : It could be that there is a small residual prescription and glasses could help. Also possible that you are experiencing dry eye symptoms. Go to an eye doctor to see exactly what the problem is and if glasses would help. ...Read more
