This depends if your: Shoulder was ever reduced or if if is unstable at this time. However, cardiovascular exercises such as a stairmaster, elliptical machine, exercise bike or treadmill should be fine. Weight machines should be fine unless they put your shoulder at risk by overhead maneuvers which would be more of a risk with free weights if lifted higher than your chest.
