Most likely not: But if you start having other symptoms (shortness of breath, pressure, etc) then see a doc. It is more likely that it is something like gerd, pancreas issues, things of that nature. Very Unlikely: It is extremely unusual for a 23 year old woman to have a heart attack. If you are feeling well now, it is unlikely that anything bad happened to you with those symptoms. No heart attack, no blood clot to lung, no ruptured aorta. The most likely cardiac condition would be svt, a fast heart rhythm. Otherwise, anxiety / panic is a likely cause.
