Used heroin off and on til i was 26 weeks pregnant. Will it show in the placenta and baby once i give birth if i quit now and stick with subutex?

Why do I worry so much about misscarriage in the first trimester when I have never had a miscarriage before? I can't stop! I have had 2 healthy babies.

I suspect: Some worrying is normal, but it sounds like you are worrying to the point where it is interfering with your normal life. If you are pregnant now i'd suggest talking with your OB about it when you next see him/her; you would probably find talking with a counselor or psychologist/iatrist helps too.
