What does it mean that vitamin A and vitamin E are fat soluble that the body cannot get rid of them easily how can I benefit from these supplements?

What does it mean that vitamin A and vitamin E are fat soluble that the body cannot get rid of them easily how can I benefit from these supplements?

It means that: These vitamins can "build up"/be stored in the fatty tissue., so that means you can build up toxic levels easily. Non fat soluble vitamins can't hide in the fat and your kidneys are usually able to excrete the excess amounts so the toxicity is more readily avoided. Remember not all of the consumed fat soluble vitamins hide in fat, some will readily be utilizable by your body. ...Read more

Possible: There is no proven scar healer out there that I am aware of, keeping the area clean and soft should help with decreasing the amount of scar build up. I have always thought that sunblock for the first year on a scar is important to avoid excessive scarring as sun damage can exacerbate a scar. Most scars overtime though do improve, the body usually does a good job at healing itself. ...Read more

Also is sun exposure dangerous in PD in terms of increasing free radicals in body or is it good for Vit D?Thx

All except laxatives: are fine, though there is not much evidence that vit E is helpful. Except Exercise! That is apparently emerging as one of the most helpful things you can do for PD AND the good news for you is it also helps constipation. You should of course drink LOTS of fluids and eat fruits, veg, and fiber. If you must take a laxative, use a fiber laxative. Good luck! ...Read more
