May be (ab)normal: Every woman is different. Some naturally have white thick vaginal secretions while others don't. But if yours has changed, then we worry about infection, especially if you're itchy or if it has an odor. Only vaginal infection that can be treated w/o prescription is yeast. Likely normal: Vaginal discharge changes throughout the menstrual cycle based on the changing hormones throughout the month. It can change from white to clear to sticky to runny....
