Ask your doctor to tell you what the interpretation of the blood work that you got- especially if you dont understand what it means. Do not worry: Slight hemolysis is due to the technique of the person drawing your blood. It is not because any thing is wrong with you. There is absolutely no reason worry due to this statement. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

I'd bet it means : "slight hemolysis", an artifact of blooddrawing that effects certain results, but possibly not others. It would explain why k+/potassium was high, or ldh. Just get it re-drawn and ask your docotr. ...Read more
