The strength available are appropropriate/adequate to treat commom skin fungal/ringworm infections on skin (not beard/scalp areas). Getting from cats?: Cats and sometimes dogs can have the same infection. You could be getting repeated exposure from them. Also, it may not be ringworm, which is just a type of skin fungus.
