Incomplete abortion: Treatment for incomplete abortion can be expectant( what you appear to be doing with abx alone), medical with cytotec, (misoprostol) or surgical with d&c. 3 cm of tissue suspicious for retained products this far out from abortion is unlikely to resolve without help.
