What do hard, swollen, extremely painful/tender lymph nodes in the neck mean?

What do hard, swollen, extremely painful/tender lymph nodes in the neck mean?

Does being able to feel certain lymph nodes, mean that they are enlarged?

Does being able to feel certain lymph nodes, mean that they are enlarged?

While certain types of infections can cause swollen lymph nodes, it is usually only concerning if you are having other symptoms. If this small bump in your neck is all you can feel, then there is probably not much cause for concern. To make sure see your primary care doctor. ...Read more
