Vascular vs. Allergy: The first suspicion raised by your symptoms is vascular compromise. One cannot normally feel a genuine pulse on the peroneal (fibular or lateral) side. Missing hair and cold lower legs is most pathognomonic of vascular insufficiency. Are you sure about the normal ABI?
