Possibly: i don't know what disease you might have and what test have been done. i do not know if it is one leg or both. i presuem the test showed that you didn't have a blood clot. it is hard to speculate what is going on. heart and liver problems also have to be considered and a complete history including family surgical medical habits travel, occupation. Vascular vs. Allergy: The first suspicion raised by your symptoms is vascular compromise. One cannot normally feel a genuine pulse on the peroneal (fibular or lateral) side. Missing hair and cold lower legs is most pathognomonic of vascular insufficiency. Are you sure about the normal ABI? Other things which could cause these symptoms include Autoimmune disorders and possibly chronic phlebitis. Best get it checked ...Read more

Vibration: more than likely the vibration is nerve pain. Some cases of plantar fasciitis involve the infracalcaneal nerve branch under the heel- it gets entrapped when there is a lot of inflammation.
