Look for free care: Just because you don't have insurance doesn't mean you can't get healthcare. I'm currently on methadone thru a mmt clinic taking 60. I have got to quit like now due to personal issues. Please help what can I do?

Start a slow taper: Ask the clinic to put you on a tapering schedule. I assume that you are taking liquid methadone. Ask them for something that is reasonable and stick with it. Decreasing Methadone by 5 mg every week would be reasonable place to start. Start daily exercise, even walking. Make sure you have lots of distraction, hobbies or whatever to keep you busy and you mind occupied. When you crave, go do something. ...Read more

I am on methadone and chalyndamycin for discitus in my lower back i stopped the clyn and felt like I wao withdrawing..it is awful yawning, etc?

Clindamycin: An antibiotic would not induce opioid withdrawal symptoms - as these drugs do not interact with each other. Diskitis is a serious infection - and usually not treated with Clindamycin to begin with. My advice would be to see your doctor straight away or go to the ER - as there could be something else going on. ...Read more
