Stress/many things.: Many things can do this. Stress is a prime reason. Your period can contribute also. So can excess physical activity and not enough rest. Iron supplements can help by keeping your blood count up and so help versus fatigue. A good diet with lots of fruits and vegetables can help with your cholesterol.
